Cancellation and refund policy
If you cancel your attendance more than 90 days from the start date of the tour: You will receive a full refund minus a $350 service fee.
If you cancel your attendance less than 60 days from the tour date: There will be no refund.
You will lose your tour spot and the full cost of the tour.
Exceptions for a refund or free of charge rebooking:
1: You can not legally travel to and from the tour destination due to a medical emergency.
A doctor or medical form of proof of illness is required.
2: You can not legally travel due to national security reasons. If your government or the Icelandic government shuts down travel to and from Iceland during the tour date. Example: If Iceland or your country’s government shuts down travel to and from Iceland.
3: CuongTravels Iceland Tours cancels the tour on our behalf.
If the participant leaves the tour before its completion, he/she will not be able to receive any refund for the time missed.
If the participant arrives at the destination before the Tour, CuongTravels Iceland Tours will not be responsible for covering any transport, accommodations, guideservices, excursions, food or and any other expense.
No refund will be made for any tour hours or days missed due to late arrivals or early departure by the participant. It is very important that the participant arrives on time for the start of a tour. It is important to contact CuongTravels Iceland Tours if the participant is late to see if we can arrange a possible solution.
By booking your tour by fulfilling your payment to CuongTravels Iceland Tours, you agree to all of our terms and conditions and refund and cancellation policies. No exceptions will be made. Please read through all of our policies before you book your spot and fulfill your payment. Your payment via any payment method will be your booking confirmation.
Passports, Visas & Insurance
It is the responsibility of all passengers, regardless of nationality and destination, to check with the consulate of the country they are visiting for current entry requirements.
As visa and health requirements are subject to change without notice, we recommend that you verify health and visa requirements with the appropriate consulate prior to departure.
