Day 1: Hanoi to Ha Long Bay

Around 08:30 : Limousine will pick up guests from hotel in Hanoi.

11:30 : Arrive at Cruise's Lounge in Halong International Cruise Port to check-in. Guests will be offered “welcome drink” and listen to instructions before boarding.

12:00 Guests will start boarding.

13:00 A splendid lunch is served while the cruise is traveling across beautiful views. The bay has hundreds of islands and islets, making it a wonderful background for guests to look at while dining.

15:00 : Kayaking activity and Swimming in beautiful lagoon.

17:00 : Return to the cruise to relax and admire the sunset on the sundeck.

17:30 : Sunset Party on Deck

19:00 : Fine-dining dinner will be started along with fun and interactive cultural exchange between all the guests and our Vietnamese hosts.

Day 2: Ha Long Bay back to Hanoi

06:30 : Begin a new day with a Tai Chi session

07:30 Explore the bay by catamaran to more remote destinations that larger cruises cannot reach.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation Terms:

• More than 90 days prior to tour start date: You will receive a full refund.

• Less than 60 days prior to tour start date: Unfortunately, there will be no refund.

Exceptions for Refund or Free Rebooking:

1. Medical Emergency:
   If you are unable to travel to and from the tour destination due to a medical emergency, a doctor’s note or medical proof will be required to receive a refund or to reschedule your tour at no additional charge.

2. CuongTravels Cancels the Tour:
   If we must cancel the tour for any reason on our part, you will receive a full refund.

• If you leave the tour before its completion, no refund will be provided for any missed time or activities.

• Early arrival at the destination: We are not responsible for covering any expenses if you arrive early or before the tour start date.
